Ways to Control Moisture and Temperature of the Sawdust Dryer

Good sawdust dryer is able to make the material moisture content fully dried and achieve an ideal drying effect. But in the process of sawdust dryer drying materials, the problem that material with high humidity is dried incompletely may happen, so what measures can we take to control the moisture in the material effectively?

The most important factor is the temperature of the fluidized bed roaster in the sawdust dryer. When other factors are already fixed, the faster it turns around, the moisture content of the material is higher and vice verse. Air volume of the filter and the internal structure of the sawdust dryer both will affect the drying effect.

The gasification system of sawdust dryer is the hydration volume of the ventilation per hour in the unit volume. The gasification strength of the sawdust dryer controls the moisture content to a great degree.

Sawdust dryer should reach a certain temperature before conducting the drying operation, during which there is no operation in the process, causing a great energy waste. In addition, the degree of dustiness in the smoke emission is very high during the period of time from downtime to restarting of the sawdust dryer, which puts a great pressure to the dust removing equipment. In order to reach the best drying effect, the time period from starting to putting into production of the machine should be shortened. The temperature inside the cylinder should be kept stable.

The fire barrier of the airheater should be increased in height, thus could ensure the full combustion of the energy and the stable temperature inside the cylinder. Equip the fire bar in the combustor and keep injecting coal to ensure the coal supply and keep the temperature inside the sawdust dryer before stopping. The insufficient temperature of the sawdust dryer will influence the drying quality and productivity of the materials.
