Fly ash is a product formed by pulverized coal after high temperature combustion. Because fly ash and slag have too much moisture most of the time, which are not conductive to grind and easily cause low output and paste grinding of grinding system, or even damage grinding mills. Hence, before entering grinding mill, the fly ash should be firstly dried and dehydrated.
Fly ash dryer or coal ash dryer is exactly used to dry and dehydrate fly ash. Emergence of fly ash dryer provides good development prospects for comprehensive utilization of fly ash. New type of fly ash dryer is of high yield and energy conservation, which is the key equipment to produce fly ash, slag and other micro powder, and which have big breakthroughs in design principle, energy-saving effect and actual application compared with old vertical dryer.
