It is no wonder that it is very important to choose the right type of crushing machine. The performance of the machine can be judged according to a series of parameters. Different crushing machines have different crushing ratios. In general, the crushing ratio of crushers is 3 ~ 30, which is slightly larger; the crushing ratio of crushing equipment is much greater, which can reach up to 40 ~ 450. However, particle sizes of the crushed materials have wide range of applications in different fields, too thick or too small are not good.
Before using the crushing machine, its economic benefits should be taken into consideration. The pursuit of the crushing efficiency with the ignorance of its huge energy consumption is impossible for companies to withstand. Therefore, the pursuit of the crushing efficiency should be equal to energy consumption. The structure of crushing machine can be divided into several parts: feeding devices, crushing chamber, discharging device, electric box, dust removal equipment and other components. The energy consumption mainly concentrates in the crushing cavity, when the feeding process begins, the machine will be driven by the motor to crush materials. At the same time, the friction between components will reduce the transformation amount from electrical energy into mechanical energy, which can result in greater energy consumption.
The appearance of ground particle is a direct manifestation of crushing effect. Even though the machine has high crushing efficiency or advanced structure, if its crushing appearance did not reach the target, it is not a high quality crushing machine. The smashed particles should be uniform in size, and for metal materials, their finished products should be shiny.
